One of the key principles of the development programme is to focus on training and
qualifications, where ENDP will coordinate with the private sector to assign relevant job
openings right after assessing the needs of companies, including employees and types of jobs
available.

The objective of this is to design training programmes appropriate with, and specialized to,
certain industries which will be publicized through the media.

The programme will also collaborate closely with the best local and global training and
educational institutes in providing programmes designed according to the current needs of the
market.

Most programmes will be carried out through international organizations to motivate UAE
Nationals to continue their future training and be equipped for whatever the future may hold for
them in different positions.
