	The programme was launched under the direct sponsorship, and according to the instructions, of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, because of His Highness’ strong desire to support UAE Nationals and keep up with present-day challenges.

		The training and orientation of UAE Nationals seeking job opportunities (especially in the private sector)
		Coordinating between jobseekers and private companies and corporate organizations in order to provide adequate employment opportunities.
		Following-up on the performance of Nationals working in the private sector, studying their conditions and setting up the proper initiatives with the aim of overcoming obstacles and spreading best practices.
		Organizing informative and educational campaigns to develop the career awareness of families and youths, as well as managers in private companies and corporate organizations, in order to correct the misperceptions related to working in the private sector and the underestimation of Nationals’ competencies and their disposition to taking up employment in the private sector.
		Monitoring the performance of private companies with regards to recruiting Nationals and spreading best practices.
		Designing initiatives to stimulate companies and corporate organizations in order to recruit Nationals.
		Working with the various relevant public and private authorities to promote the recruitment of Nationals and improve their contribution to the National workforce

	The services offered by the programme are available to all UAE Nationals.

		The programme coordinates between the jobseekers and private companies and corporate organizations operating in Dubai to avail of employment opportunities.
		The employment opportunities depend on a person’s personal qualifications and skills and training he/she acquired through the programme.
	Is the programme restricted to young people?
	The programme is not limited to finding jobs for young people, but also helps male and female Nationals from any age group in the UAE.
	How to benefit from the training courses the programme offers?
		The programme offers training courses to jobseekers who have registered with ENDP.
		The date of launching the training and orientation courses will be announced through the media.
	What skills and qualifications are required to benefit from the programme?
		Basically, the person should be a UAE National (holding a passport issued by one of the state’s emirates).
		No academic degree is required to benefit from the programme
		Training opportunities will be appropriately created to match the person’s skills and knowledge.

	Priority is given to unemployed male and female Nationals who are seeking a job.
	If I was not contacted, does this mean I cannot benefit from the programme?
	The number of candidates to the programme is expected to be very high, therefore jobseekers will be required to follow-up with the programme themselves.
	What are the fees charged by the programme?
	The services offered by the programme are free of charge.
	Are the trainees supposed to work only in Dubai?
	The trainees can work anywhere in UAE. However, the programme will focus on companies and corporate organizations operating out of Dubai.
	What is the scope of the training programme?
	The programme will, in coordination with the companies and corporate organizations, define the scope of job opportunities suitable for Nationals. The appropriate training programmes will then be devised.
	What are the job opportunities availed through the programme?
		Job opportunities will be availed through corporate organizations and companies based on their needs and on the candidate’s qualifications.
		All the jobs will be matched with the National candidate’s skills and competencies.
	What is the duration of the various training programmes?
		The durations will differ according to the programme’s academic and training content.
		Usually, these programmes extend for over 6 months to a year.
	When will the training programmes start?
		Training programmes will be launched as soon as corporate organizations and companies’ human resources and available job position requirements have been surveyed.
		This will take place very soon and it will be announced through the media.
