The purpose of ENDP is to facilitate and support the integration of UAE
Nationals into the
private sector.
As per His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai instructions, this programme was designed to implement the
latest human resource
initiatives that will equip young UAE Nationals with the necessary knowledge
and experience
to enable them to work successfully in all sectors, including the private
sector.
This programme aims to achieve its goal of increasing the participation
of Nationals in the
private sector by:

nationals of the opportunities and merits of employment in
